This is a book called Clockwork by Philip Pullman. This story takes place way before we use clock that we have in our home or a watch. This is the time when they still use those old fashion humongous clock that is usually placed in towers. I think that this is a fiction book or it could be fantacy. I rated this 8/10 because in first up it was just talking about clocks and there isn't any exciting part. The only exciting part is usually in the end or in the middle of the story.
